Carpet Cleaning is looking for suitable owner operators to join
our organization. We do not simply sub-contract our work out to
subbies. We are more interested in persons who are
prepared to supply quality equipment and join a team of owner
operators who take pride in their work.
All our owner operators engage in numerous training courses and
refresher courses to keep up with the latest technology and
procedures. Owner operators are also expected to
participate in obtaining Institute of Inspection Cleaning and
Restoration Certification.
Owner Operator
Information
As a owner operator to Drymaster Carpet Cleaning you must meet
the following criteria:
1/ Supply of unmarked van no more than 10 years old.
2/ Equipment to dry clean carpets.
3/ Equipment to Steam Clean Carpets
4/ Must be a Proprietary Ltd Company or willing to purchase.
5/ Public liability insurance policy of min $10 million dollars.
6/ Workers compensation insurance policy.
7/ Fax machine
8/ Email address.
9/ Equipment as required; Hot water extraction machine, floor
polisher, vacuum cleaner, prespray container, upholstery
cleaning tool, carpet rake, chemicals spotters, 2 air movers.
10/ Able to perform the following tasks; Carpet Dry cleaning,
carpet steam cleaning, fabric and leather sofa cleaning, tile
and grout cleaning, water damage.
11/ The ability to offer add on sales of carpet and fabric
protector.
12/ Willingness to attend courses as required.
13/ Must follow Drymaster procedures for carpet and upholstery
cleaning as described in our systems and procedures manual.
14/ Drymaster will train inexperienced operators who may wish to
apply.
As a Franchisee Drymaster Carpet cleaning will supply the
following:
1/ All work will be supplied.
2/ Jobs emailed to subcontractor on a daily basis.
3/ Supply of Carpet Dry cleaning and Steam cleaning, fabric and
leather sofa cleaning, tile and grout cleaning. Water damage
work.
